Professional Experience:
With over twenty years of experience in the environmental field Mr. Simas has brought his talents to ECM to embark on a new opportunity.  His previous work experience included working at the RI Department of Health and various environmental consulting firms, where he served as the Division Manager of the consulting division of the company for seventeen years.  Mr. Simas' current responsibilities include managing a staff of six employees, coordinating multiple projects, identifying new business opportunities, and participating in the development of specifications for various types of environmental projects.  His extensive knowledge of building systems has proven invaluable in helping clients find practical and cost effective solutions when problems arise.

Professional Experience:
Mr. Lepore is an invaluable member of the ECM team.  With fourteen years of experience conducting project management, hazardous materials inspections, and most recently in the evolving realm of PCB testing and remediation in caulkings, coatings, and other substrates, Mr. Lepore continually ensures that the job is done right.    Mr. Lepore has served  as the Senior Project Manager during his tenure there where he managed high profile projects in the public and private sector and conducted numerous renovation and demolition hazardous materials inspections.Recently Mr. Lepore added Asbestos Management Planner to the list of asbestos certifications he holds.

Michael A. Berube

Professional Experience:
With eleven years in the environmental business Mr. Berube has proven to be a valuable asset both currently with ECM and previous employers.  Mr. Berube most recently assisted with managing a three quarter of a million dollar environmental remediation project in the Boston area.  While Mr. Berube is able to manage these large scale projects with ease, he applies the same attention to detail to all of his projects, big and small.
While at his previous employer, Mr. Berube managed the consulting office in Hudson, MA.  In that capacity Mr. Berube was able to work independently to provide customer service, site inspections and reports, and project management in effort to maintain a loyal and satisfied client base.
Mr. Berube has also received credits in graduate level industrial hygiene courses.

Charles “Chad” Prescott III

Professional Experience:
In his eighteen years in the industry Mr. Prescott has been the primary point person both at ECM and during his time at previous employers conducting project management and hazardous materials inspections at educational facilities and institutions of higher learning.  His attention to detail and strong work ethic continually ensure a successful outcome.  Mr. Prescott also has extensive knowledge in the areas of of indoor air quality and OSHA compliance testing having assisted clients with their testing needs and providing viable solutions for problems encountered.

Mr. Sweet serves as the primary indoor air quality (IAQ) expert at ECM.  Having performed numerous site assessments in his eleven years as environmental consultant.   Mr. Sweet has the ability to assess the situation, listen to building occupant concerns, perform testing, and determine what course of action should be taken to alleviate workplace deficiencies.   Mr. Sweet monitored many remediation projects throughout New England in the commercial, residential, and industrial sectors.  He has also completed hazardous materials inspections, OSHA compliance assessments, and specialized environmental site studies.

Mr. Gallagher serves as the Account Manager. While at his previous employer Mr. Gallagher  performed the same duties  but  also served as an Environmental Consultant, Project Manager, and Senior Project Manager during his fifteen years with the company.   Some of Mr. Gallagher's former and current responsibilities include; performing large scale hazardous materials inspections, indoor air quality studies, and OSHA compliance services; managing both staff and scheduling for the environmental consulting division; and in his current capacity as Account Manager assessing clients testing needs and providing customer service to ECM clients.
